A three-man Krao delegation will attend the Third Annual Environmental Conference on Africa. The Conference, which will run from October 30-31, 2009, will take place at Bowie State University, Bowie, Maryland.

The delegation will be headed by the Krao National President, Mr. Monroe Young. Others on the delegation are National Vice President, Mr. Joseph Sarwee and Mr. Joe Yankoon, National Treasurer.
The theme for the conference is “Global Warming and Environment Public Health in Africa: Challenges & Solutions.”
During the conference, Mr. Young is expected to meet with members of the Krao community residing in Maryland and Washington DC to discuss the hosting of the National Krao Association convention slated to take place in 2010.
